Antigua and Barbuda's AI strategy is a government-led effort to move the country from basic digital infrastructure to structured AI governance and deployment by 2030. Anchored by a UNESCO AI Readiness Assessment published in June 2025, an AI-enhanced border management system under Project Optimus, and a commitment to full public service digitalisation, the twin-island state is among the most active small nations in the Caribbean on AI policy as of early 2026.
