The Caribbean Artificial Intelligence Risk Management Council

Founded in January 2024, the Caribbean AI Risk Management Council was established to address the growing need for AI governance across the region. As AI transforms industries from finance to healthcare, CAIRMC serves as the definitive authority on risk management for Caribbean nations.

Our mandate encompasses developing regional AI risk frameworks, ensuring regulatory compliance with international standards, including the EU AI Act and GDPR, and building local capacity through world-class certification.
